Ford announced that it is expanding its SYNC 3 connectivity platform, allowing compatibility of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto throughout its entire 2017 U.S. vehicle lineup of cars, SUVs, light trucks and electrified vehicles. The 2017 Escape, Fusion, Mustang and Explorer are all already available as 2017 model-year vehicles. The F-150, Focus, Edge and all-new 2017 Super Duty will arrive later this year. Ford’s SYNC 3 features all-new hardware and software for faster and more intuitive performance and more conversational voice recognition to help people easily connect to their smartphones and access a variety of features, including hands-free phone calls and available navigation. 2017 Ford F-150 New Engine Features and Specs
Everyone is already pretty excited for the arrival of the 2017 Ford F-150 and Super Duty lineup. The 2017 Ford F-150 is already proving to be the most capable and tough pickup truck yet and all of the new features and specs, the 2017 Ford F-150 is proving to be a truck worth waiting for. The release date for the all-new 2017 F-150 Raptor is quickly approaching. The Ford Raptor is due to begin arriving at dealerships in fall of 2016. The 2017 F-150 Raptor has received many new features and changes for the model year, including loosing some weight. The 2017 Raptor is approximately 500 pounds lighter than before by using high-strength, military-grade aluminum alloy. The 2017 model also received an all-new twin-turbo intercooled DOHC 24-valve high-output 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine with direct fuel injection. This new engine is projected to deliver even more power than the previous 6.2-liter V8 engine. (more…)
