2017 Escape with All-Wheel Drive

What is FordPass?
The 2017 Ford Escape is due in dealerships soon and it will feature available SYNC Connect technology that gives FordPass members remote access to their vehicle from mobile device. SYNC Connect enables drivers to use the new FordPass to lock, unlock and locate their Escape, as well as schedule remote starts and check fuel level. SYNC Connect will be included on the technology package on Escape SE and is standard on the Escape Titanium. SYNC Connect will be provided to customers at no cost for five years and will debut on the 2017 Escape, followed by the 2017 Fusion and then migrate to the rest of the Ford lineup. (more…)
Will the 2017 Ford Escape have SYNC 3?
As promised, Ford announced that they would be adding CarPlay and Android Auto to all 2017 vehicles that have SYNC 3 technology. The 2017 Ford Escape will be the first 2017 Ford vehicle with CarPlay and Android Auto ability, the 2017 Escape is due to arrive at dealerships in May of this year. CarPlay is the Apple software which will bring Maps, Phone, Messages, Music, Podcasts and a number of third-party apps such as Spotify to the in-dash multimedia system. 2017 Ford Escape Release Date
Ford announced that the 2017 Escape will be available this spring and has released information of the features of the new Escape. Ford gave the Escape an updated design which features a new grille and sculpted hood. With the new sleek side view mirrors and wheel design, the 2017 Escape is more eye catching and aerodynamic looking than previous model years. The interior saw some redesign too, which the gear shifter being moved and redesigned as well as the center console which has an added media bin to store all your essentials. (more…)
